Middleschool Ministry
Ash Mangham's natural love for students and passion for serving them is at the very core of who he is. The son of a pastor, Ash grew up in the ministry, but never saw himself as a full time minister himself. Those walls began to break down as a door opened for him to serve as a youth pastor while attaining a Christian Ministry degree at Shorter University. Still resisting, he left student ministry when he graduated, but a seed had been planted. After a few years away from ministry, God's tug on his life became irresistable, and in 2005 he began to serve the students at Mount Paran. In 2008 He came on staff there, and then in 2011 the Lord opened the door for him to become middle school pastor.
Ash knows that, more than any time in history, there is a battle raging for the hearts and minds of our students. He believes that we fight that battle by providing a safe place for students to experience the unconditional love of Chirst. Also, just as he was finally able to embrace his own kingdom purpose, he is passionate about helping students discover the unspeakable joy that happens when they discover God's plan for their lives as well! It is this mission that drives everything in Ash's life.
